For a chill moment, doze off or stream a series and try to spot a filming location you visited in your SoCal travels. Double points if you recreate the scene! DTLA restaurants are world-renowned so dining is always top-class even without paying top dollar. However, if a more hands-on mood strikes, our kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and a spacious marble kitchen island-- perfect for prep and dining. The dishwasher, wide sink, (and washer/dryer) allow for easy clean-up. Rest in a queen-size bed in the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. Cooling bedding gives you optimal comfort as the So Cal sun welcomes you into your day. A sliding closet plus an additional armoire provide ample space for your next costume change. If a bathing suit is your outfit of choice, take a dip in the rooftop pool or hot tub for those cool LA nights. (72-75 is the average temp year round-- brrr.) The rooftop cabanas reveal the sweeping DTLA skyline and beyond. Overlook all the possibilities of your stay from the comfort of peaceful waters. Guest access Similar to a hotel we have a small registration process that guests need to complete, ahead of their stay.    Once complete, guests will have access to the entire unit as well as the amenities: pool, gym, rooftop patio, cabanas, etc. Sorry, no outside visitors or parties.  Since this is a family-friendly building, we ask all guest register 24 hours prior to check-in to ensure your arrival goes smoothly.  A parking pass will be provided in the unit. For check-in, street parking is available or the loading zone in front of the building. Other things to note All guests need to provide a photo ID to security services upon arrival. To our maintain building occupancy rules and our family-friendly community, guests not listed on the initial booking will not be allowed to enter the building so please provide the details beforehand. Non-photo IDs  (credit cards, memberships, library cards, etc.) will not be accepted for check-in. Visitor policy violations are subject to cancellation.  Again, please ensure you submit all guest information 24 hours before arrival so we can inform our security personnel accordingly.
