This luxury, quiet mountain cabin is located in a beautiful little town called Sautee Nacoochee, only 6 miles from downtown Helen, GA. Mountain Majesty is EXTREMELY easy to access, with nicely paved roads all the way to the door. There's absolutely no need for 4-wheel drive and the large parking pad can park 5 cars without anyone blocking each other. Mountain Majesty comes with 4 bedrooms. Master and additional bedroom on main, 2 more bedrooms upstairs. The master suite has a large jacuzzi tub and glass/tile shower, and French Doors leading to the very private back deck, with Hot Tub, Outdoor Fireplace, and Sauna over glorious mountain views. On the back deck, there is also a covered screen porch with additional entertaining area, with its own French Doors adjoining the dining room. Mountain Majesty can sleep up to 11 guests. 4 downstairs (2 kings) and 6 upstairs (1 king, 2 queens), as well as 1 roll-away bed that's stowed in a closet while not in use. The extra bed can be set up in the living room or the master bedroom, with plenty of room to spread out. Mountain Majesty features large Palladian windows with beautiful sunlight in the living room, and floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace in the corner. French Doors leading to the very private back deck where guests can enjoy the outdoor Sauna, Hot Tub, and another wood burning fireplace, while surrounded by mountain views. There's a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, stocked with all your cooking needs. Dining room with a table for 8, as well as kitchen bar area with seating for 2 and additional seating available in the adjoining screen porch. Mountain majesty comes with separate, programmable thermostats for each floor to ensure the utmost comfort. Enjoy a game of billiards on our 87" pool table. View the beautiful sun setting behind mountain tops with some evening wine while sitting on the front porch, or sip your morning coffee over fire on the back deck. Enjoy high speed wifi, as well as cellphone coverage for all major networks. Enjoy keyless entry with automatic door lock function so you will never have to keep up with keys or worry about forgetting to lock the door. All this and only 6 miles from downtown Helen, where you can go tubing, hiking, canoeing, fishing, winery tours, shopping, dining, and the list goes on! Trash: We do not have any trash service on site due to bear activities in the area!! We pay a monthly fee to a local business (conveniently located) who allows us and our guests to use their dumpster at all times. Simply take the bags of trash to the store on your way to town at any time! (The exact name and address of business will be shared as part of your check-in info.) We are also more than happy to collect your trash after checkout. A “starter set” of the following will be provided for your stay: Trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, conditioning shampoo, body wash. We like to give our guests total privacy and let them feel like home. We will not "drop-in" to say hello or goodbye. However, should you need to reach us for any reason, please do not hesitate. We will provide you with phone numbers, email address, as well as local points of contact should any situation arise. Quiet, safe, beautiful neighborhood with all paved access near the main highway. Neighborhood is almost entirely consisted of vacation cabins. Beautiful path to your home as you drive through mountain vistas. We are less than 15 minutes from downtown Helen and the Habersham winery, less than 30 minutes from the Kaya winery in Dahlonega , less than 20 minutes from Sylvan Valley, less than 25 minutes from Yonah mountain winery and Cottage vineyard in Cleveland. There are several nice restaurants and eateries in Helen or use our gas grill and gourmet kitchen to cook up something special at home. We use a keyless entry system on the front door so our guests do not have to worry about picking up keys or returning keys. Extra guest fee: $10/guest/night after 8 guests. Infants (under 2 years of age) stay free. Extra guest fees are calculated automatically when the correct number of guests is put into the system. Pet fee of $100 per stay per pet. We allow 2 pets maximum. Please let us know if you are bringing 2 pets, so we can collect the correct amount of pet fees.
