A place in the garage hall is included in the rental price (restriction: maximum load of the station 2 tons, vehicle length max. 5.0 m, vehicle height max. 1.9 m). Self-check-in is possible. The space The apartment is located in the Zaspa Vita housing estate, which was completed in 2021. It consists of a living room, a separate kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom. The living room has a double sofa bed, a double bed hidden in the wardrobe, an armchair, a coffee table, a spacious wardrobe, a TV with a rich package of channels and free internet. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven with microwave function, induction cooktop, electric kettle, set of dishes and cutlery, pots, table and chairs). The bathroom has a toilet, a washbasin, and a shower. There is a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, bed linen and towels. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Gdańsk (in good weather you can see the Hel Peninsula), the cliffs in Orłowo, the Oliwa forests and the modern office district in Oliwa. What's more, from the balcony you can watch a romantic sunset with a glass of wine. Guest access Guests have at their disposal one parking space in the garage, a bicycle room and a patio with a playground and a gym under the clouds. There are three elevators in the building. Other things to note Children are welcome. We do not accept pets.
