Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakeside paradise. A little about us: Family owned and operated. This property was purchased in 1973 and the cottage was built at that time. A renovation was done in 2013 where the kitchen was expanded. The space All areas of the property are available for use by the guest. Guest access Full access to all property amenities. Other things to note Cottage rules. Ok, the rules, not everyone’s favorite, but they are important because they help us keep everyone happy and safe. We try to be proactive about letting you know what things we need you to keep in mind while you are staying, but we also want you it’s ok to share laughs and make memories that will be remembered. Let the kids be kids, that’s exactly what the cottage is for. Cameras On-Site There are cameras on the property, these must stay on and not rotated. If they are turned off or rotated and we must send someone to put them in the previous condition, there will be a fee charged. No Day or Night Guests Day or night guests, which are defined as anyone not listed when booking the property, are not permitted on the property No Excessive Noise Excessive noise, both inside and outside, especially at the dock, is not permitted at any time No smoking There is no smoking in the cottage. There will be a large fee for smoking inside. If you wish to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in the garbage. If we must have a cleaner remove these from the yard, there will be an additional fee Fire bans- The ability to have a campfire relies on the current fire rating in town.
