A coastal communal living set up where we have shared common spaces, 4 private air conditioned rooms, 4 bed dorm and a cottage in a setting which encourages authentic social interaction. The apartment on the 1st floor is as described. 2 private double bedrooms (Air conditioned) with 2 detached private bathrooms, and a shared living room space & 2 outdoor balconies. With plenty of natural light, and tropical tones to remind you of the vacation you’re on – these rooms open up to a shared living/dining room area and a common kitchen. There’s a work desk, seating areas, and a refrigerator you can make use of. These rooms come with access to one shared bathroom. The hammock out front is only a few feet away. The early bird gets the worm. The two rooms on the 1st Floor are exquisitely designed with light beachy tones and décor that oozes laid back charm, and comes with its own detached private bathrooms. The pure brilliant white and fresh teal add to the striking foliage in the living room accentuating the natural coastal aesthetic. Consists of a living room space, majestic balcony views, patio area out front, along with a kitchenette. Other things to note Check-in is only possible for guests aged between 25 and 60. Children are not allowed.
