This is a private rental accommodation located in the central western part of Kochi Prefecture, limited to one group per day. The basic price is for 4 adults, and up to 2 children under elementary school age are free of charge on the premise that they sleep with an adult. Perfect for families, couples, and friends. We renovated a 40-year-old traditional house, leaving the old-fashioned windows and beams intact. It's a perfect size 2LDK, and you can relax like you're at home. Relax your mind and body in the Hinoki bath and sun room overlooking the countryside. We also provide additive-free and environmentally friendly amenities. About 40 minutes by car from Kochi Airport. It is also within walking distance of the nearest station. It also has good access to the miraculous clear waters of the Niyodo River. The space From the inn's prized cypress bath, you can enjoy the rural landscape, which is the original landscape of Japan. The ceilings are high and the kitchen is spacious, providing a relaxing space. Guest access The owner's home is next door, and the office is across the street. For face-to-face check-in, we will give you the keys after you check in at the office. The parking lot, garden and inn are for guests only. As a general rule, staff will not enter, so please relax. Please refrain from entering the owner's house unless it is an emergency. Other things to note Please be sure to read the house rules and other precautions when you book. ▶ About using the cypress bath After bathing, please drain the hot water quickly. Prolonged immersion in water can cause slime and mold. Especially in summer, humidity tends to build up, so please open the sun room window after use to help with ventilation. ▶ About our environmental efforts To reduce the environmental impact, we do not provide disposable toothbrushes. Please bring your own. If you need one, we sell them at the reception for 100 yen each. ▶ Respect for privacy and cleaning We value the privacy of our guests and, as a general rule, staff do not enter the room during your stay. We ask that you clean the room yourself (vacuum cleaners and cleaning tools are provided). Towels are provided for stays up to 3 nights. For stays of 4 nights or more, please use the same towels after using the washing machine and dryer. Sheets can be changed if you wish for longer stays of 6 nights or more. ▶ About bedding Japanese-style room: 2 semi-double size futons Western-style room: 1 family bed (240 cm wide) connected to 2 semi-double beds Up to 2 children under elementary school age can stay for free with their parents. Additional bedding is available for an additional fee. Please consult with us in advance. Additional charges apply for 5-6 adults. ▶ About meals Please eat and drink in the LDK (living, dining, kitchen) area. Please refrain from eating and drinking in the room. ▶ About using the kitchen Please wash dishes and cookware after use and return them to their original places. ▶ About using the toilet Do not flush anything other than toiletpaper. Please dispose of diapers and other items in the trash cans provided. ▶ About outdoor use The accommodation is located in a residential area. Please refrain from barbecuing, fireworks, and eating and drinking outdoors after 9 pm. ▶ About smoking All rooms are non-smoking. If you smoke, please do so outdoors. We do not provide ashtrays, so please dispose of your cigarette waste yourself. ▶ About managing valuables and luggage Please take care of your valuables and luggage yourself. We are not responsible for any loss or damage. ▶ In case of damage Please be sure to report any damage to equipment or facilities. It may be covered by the insurance we have. If it is determined that the damage was undeclared or intentional, we will charge you for the repair or replacement cost. If there is damage that exceeds the coverage of the insurance, you may be asked to pay the excess. ▶ About the building and the natural environment The building has been renovated, but it is over 40 years old. The surroundings are surrounded by nature and it is an environment where insects can easily enter. Please be aware that house spiders are especially common. Insect repellent spray is available. Please contact the owner if you see dangerous insects such as centipedes. We will take care of it. ▶ About the owner The inn is run by the owner alone, who lives in the main house next door. I run the business while raising 7 and 4 year old children. There is some distance from the main house, so it is unlikely that loud noises will be heard, but we appreciate your understanding in advance.
