Room in apartment, closed unit, 24/7 security, elevator, private parking, kitchen, shared bathroom with a maximum of 2 people, double bed, desk, closet. Restaurants, supermarkets, green areas, downtown, gym and subway station 5 minutes walk and Atanasio Girardot Stadium 15 minutes walk. IMPORTANT: I live with 3 cats. The space The apartment is 80 square meters with 3 rooms of which the owner (Mariana) lives in one and the other 2 are rented. The living room and kitchen is for everyone's use. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, we also have an oven, rice cooker, blender and air fryer. We have high speed internet and a washing machine in case you need to wash. The bathroom is shared with the guests who are staying in the 2 rooms. Guest access They can use the kitchen at any time and all the utensils that are in it, each one has its space in the cupboard and in the fridge to place their things. The washing machine is available to wash, (each guest must buy their laundry soap). We have 1 private parking per room.
