Studio overlooking the center, 15 minutes walk from the center of Bratislava. Suitable for a short visit to Bratislava as well as for a long stay. Private parking is available. Air conditioning is available in the summer months. Restaurants and shops 5 minutes' away. The studio is rented for 1 or 2 people. Please read the rental rules in the Terms and Conditions - Additional Rules section. The space Studio (45m²) overlooking the panorama of Bratislava, 15 minutes walk from the center. Suitable for a short-term visit to the city as well as for a medium-term work stay. Private parking is available. Restaurants and shops: Billa, McDonald's - 5 minutes' walk. Aupark Shopping Center - 7 minutes' walk. Beer and wine shop in the courtyard. The bus stop from Vienna Airport is located next to the house – 5 minutes' walk. The apartment has a kitchenette not suitable for large cooking. There is a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. In a separate cabinet, there is a washing machine and hangers for laundry and drying. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Bed 160 cm, in case of separate sleeping it is possible to spread the sofa in the living room. TV, Hi-Fi, internet, large desk. The studio is rented for 1 or 2 people. Upon arrival, guests are required to present (in the case of self-check-in, send before arrival photos of identification documents. No third parties allowed, visits are allowed only with the prior consent of the owner and sending an identification document. The apartment was used for housing in the past, it is personally furnished. Carpet, duvets and pillows are regularly cleaned in a wet way. Disinfection for each cleaning. There is a busy road under the house, with the windows closed, the noise is not heard. Air conditioning is available during the summer months. Other things to note The use of an iron is prohibited.
