Our home is just 22 miles south of Austin and 15 miles north San Marcos, making it the perfect spot to relax, enjoy and explore the Hill Country. Close to many wedding venues and situated on several acres in a private sub-division you can feel off the beaten path and close to everything at the same time. 360 degree nature views. The space • Fully equipped, modern kitchen • Screened porch with ceiling fan and accordion door for 8' opening to main house • Covered front porch with sunset views • Contemporary furnishings decorated with treasures from world-wide travel. Beninese masks to traditional hats from Madagascar. • Ceiling fans in main living area, both bedrooms and back porch • Washer and Dryer in laundry room * High chair available upon request. Guest access Guest have access to entire home. There is a pavilion area near by, which is not part of the rental and not open to guest use. Other things to note There is a king bed in bedroom 1, a queen bed in bedroom 2 and a folding single bed to be used in the main room to accommodate a 5th guest if appropriate. There is also a queen air mattress if that would be preferred, bedding provided for both portable beds. 5 guests is our maximum allowed on the property.
