The space The 30 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a historic house without elevator (12 high steps to access) and has an independent entrance. The internal space is divided into two levels and is divided as follows: Downstairs - KITCHEN CORNER equipped with induction hob, mini fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave - LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, TV and split AC - BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower box - BALCONY Upper floor (you need to go up a flight of stairs): - BEDROOM with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and split AC.
