Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time."
