This double ensuite bedroom with a private yard is especially for remote workers like you! The fast and reliable wifi will give you the peace of mind you need, knowing you will be able to plug into your professional online duties. The room is fully equipped with a bunk bed, a desk, a comfortable office chair for prolonged working-from-home hours, a wardrobe so you can bring luggage for extended stays, and Air Conditioning to cool it! This is great for one person or a couple of co-travelers. The space This is a 3-story-house entirely dedicated to remote workers and digital nomads. On the ground floor, there are 2 independent studio apartments, both with kitchenettes, private bathrooms, and shared laundry. The laundry is common to all the 12 units in the house. The main entrance to the property is done through the 1st floor. You must climb a few stairs to access the main front door. On the 1st floor, we have the lobby, the living room area, and a fully-equipped shared kitchen. Even though the studio apartments from the ground floor have independent access and are entire spaces, the residents who stay in those units can also access all the common areas of the house and be part of the community with all the residents that remain in the bedroom units. Besides the shared spaces, this floor has 5 bedrooms. Finally, the 2nd floor is comprised of 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have private bathrooms ensuite. Other things to note This is a coliving space, with shared areas among other guests. Additionally, the atmosphere is usually of people who stay 1 week to 3 months+, typically are home officing, temporarily working in Porto or moving into the city, and are aged 23-45.
