House next to the woods with balconies and garden

Our mountain home is located above the small village of Vervò. At the edge of the woods, it is a perfect place to relax, walk in the countryside, ride a mountain bike and escape the summer heat. The view of the Brenta Dolomites provides the perfect backdrop. The southwest-facing living area and its 1000 m elevation guarantee colorful sunsets and light until late at night. We’re used to renting to families. The space Three bedrooms and a large living room with a sofa bed allow the apartment to accommodate up to 9 adults and 1 child (a low bed with half rails, 160 cm [63 inches]) and, upon request, 1 infant (travel cot/playpen). Spacious and bright living room with a table for 8/10 people plus a table in the kitchen of 6, they give conviviality. Kitchen with oven, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher. Two spacious bathrooms with large windows, shower, bathtub, and washer-dryer. Two long balconies facing south and west. Bedding and bath linens included (one large or medium towel and one bidet towel per guest). For our youngest guests, we provide a few toys, picture books, a dollhouse, a changing table, and a stool with a footrest so they can sit at the table. For older guests, we provide a turntable with classical music LPs, a few board games, and a small but well-stocked book collection. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor with independent access via an external staircase. The garden shared with the two apartments below, equipped with a BBQ and 2 picnic tables, is a perfect place for outdoor dining. Shared garage for storing bicycles, disposing of waste, and organizing recycling. Parking for 1 car for each apartment, plus ample free parking 50 meters from the house. Vervò is located 20 minutes from Cles (the valley center with all amenities, including a hospital and shopping centers) and 40 minutes from Trento. Other things to note Our family was born in this house, and here we were a young married couple and new parents. Even today, it is a living home where we spend every holiday with our three children.
