"I Ricci": apartment with free parking

Our goal is your relaxation: with a view of the mountain, in the greenery of Alta Valsassina (800m above sea level), the apartment (55 square meters) is in a condominium; equipped with: kitchen; large balcony with the sun in the morning; bedroom with double bed 160x200; bedroom with single bed 80x190; large wardrobe with internal chest of drawers. Free parking around the condominium. You can park bikes, motorcycles or a small car in our garage. The accommodation is about a 20-25 minute drive from Lake Como. The space The apartment, in a condominium, is located a short distance from several hiking trails and walks, even for the less experienced. Recently refurbished, it is a convenient point to move also towards the lake (about 15 km), with the advantage of having a less humid climate in all seasons and certainly cooler in summer. There is a large balcony with a wooden coffee table and armchairs. In the fall and winter there is central heating, but since it is air-conditioned we recommend using the pellet stove that is supplied. Guest access The apartment, on the third floor in a condominium with elevator, is entirely available for guests. The garage can be used to store bicycles, one or two motorcycles, or a small utility vehicle. Other things to note It is advisable to have a car available to move around independently, and to reach the most distant trails or to shop with comfort: public transport is infrequent. We are in the mountains so the road to get to the apartment has several curves and some hairpin bends, so you will need to be patient when driving. Allergies: The mattress in the bedroom is latex. We wanted to say that we care a lot about cleanliness and sanitize all surfaces, down to the last doorknob. We provide guests with extra cleaning supplies, which can be used during their stay.
