Pour yourself a glass of your favorite wine or have fun with the black wall that is covered in chalk paint, so you can draw on it or maybe leave us a note. The bathroom: Has everything you require, so no need to travel with essentials. You will feel like you are in a Boutique Hotel. Two highly comfortable bedrooms will provide all the relaxation you need. Bedroom #1: Contains a Queen bed with Gel memory foam mattress and a plush topper for your comfort and restful sleep. Soft linen scented with lavender, extra pillows, and comforter. Space to keep your personal belongings, and a folding luggage rack along with blackout blinds. Bedroom #2: Has a day bed with a twin memory foam mattress that can be converted to a king bed. Soft linen scented with lavender, extra pillows and comforters. Drawers attached are available to keep personal items, as well as a folding luggage rack. There is a walk-in closet where you will find the iron and board, full mirror, a place to hang your clothes, extra space for luggage and hooks to hang towels if you're required. The work space: Has a USB port for your convenience, plus you can find pens, pencils, erasers, rulers, and paper. There is no cable, but the TV is connected to the internet, and you can log into all popular apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Apple TV, Etc. You can enjoy the fastest internet connection provided. We do not have a washer and dryer on the house, but If you need to wash clothes, there is a coin laundry nearby and a Laundry pickup & Delivery that we can recommend. Finally, you’ll enjoy the serenity of our dreamy deck that will provide you with a lot of entertainment. You can enjoy breakfast or dinner in the dinning area for four, plus we have a fire pit table perfect to enjoy a glass of wine or make some S'mores with the kids at night. Outdoor outlets are available on the deck for your convenience. Plus, we have 2 paddle boards that we can provide for an extra charge to enjoy the lake that is just 2.7 miles (4.35 km) away. PRIME LOCATION We're located north of Atlanta in the charming town of Sugar Hill. Here you'll be close to parks, lakes, golf courses, vineyards, restaurants, and cafés. For safety reasons, we will provide detailed entry instructions the day of your arrival.
