Avignon intramuros: charming bright apartment

We welcome you to our beautiful bright and comfortable apartment in the historic center of Avignon, furnished with simplicity, where we live year-round. The space Our apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small old building. It consists of a large living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a shower room with toilet, a bathroom and other separate toilet. The American kitchen is equipped with induction cooktop, electric oven, fridge, large sink, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is air-conditioned and we have a stereo. We don't have a TV but a large library and a good internet connection. The bedrooms are equipped as follows: - Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a 140 cm wide bed - blue children's room, a 120 cm wide bed - pink children's room, a 160 cm wide bed (or 2 80 cm wide beds if it's better for you) We also have a large comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, but with fans. Guest access The entire property is accessible. Only a few cupboards will be closed off. Please note, car access at the foot of the building only in the morning until 11 a.m. for loading/unloading. Parking is not available on-site. No private parking space. Other things to note Air conditioning in the living room but not in the bedrooms. All beds are fitted with mosquito nets. Travel cot available upon request. The building is small and quiet, the neighbors are close and friendly, everyone knows each other. We are very attentive to good neighborly relations. This apartment is absolutely not suitable for hosting parties or noisy evenings.
