The Home's Space: -You will find this home to be very clean, comfortable, and accommodating! It has all the amenities you need for your stay, including air conditioning and laundry facilities. Make this your home-away from home! Settle in for breakfast using the fully equipped kitchen....or savor your coffee/tea and listen to the neighborhood wake up from the front porch! Hang out at the island, or host an outdoor dinner and drinks on the back patio. The open floor plan of the cottage works great for a family, group of friends, or a couple looking for a spacious getaway. The main living space is a fantastic area to hang out, featuring a kitchen with island and additional seating....all open to the living and dining areas. Use the cottage to host a group! - It's a great space to entertain, visit, or use as a home base for all the activities downtown. The large sectional couch is super comfy and has been known to soothe many cheering fans. :) You can spread out a board game at the coffee table....or, watch the big game/cozy up for a movie - with the 60" Smart Roku tv (includes cable, live tv stations). Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning-fans-closets, with quality mattresses and comfortable bedding. Sleeps 6 people: Bedroom 1- 1 Queen Bedroom 2- 1 Queen Bedroom 3- 2 twins. The fully stocked kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, gas range, range hood, coffee maker/grinder, toaster, blender, plenty of kitchen/baking ware, etc. -Plenty of room to dine at the table, with extra seating at the island. Additional amenities include air conditioning and fans, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, charcoal grill, cable tv, wi-fi, board games, yard games, backyard patio and dining area, fire pit, beach toys, camping chairs, and a 3-car driveway with additional parking on the street or adjacent parking lot. Take advantage of our Outdoor spaces!: Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch or swing, play a game of Croquet on the front lawn, grill out on the back patio, or relax by the campfire and roast s'mores in the backyard.
