It is a redbrick terraced house in the Christchurch area with every convenience in the locality. The house was built by The Dublin Artisan Trading Company in the early 1900's. There are two double bedrooms (one with 5’ bed, the other with 4’6 bed), a separate kitchen, shower room and large living/dining area. There is also a decked roof terrace on the first floor. The house is fully insulated, there is underfloor heating downstairs. There is a large working cast iron fireplace in the living room. The decor is contemporary and bright, with some period touches. All of Dublin is at your feet when staying here. The street is really quiet, yet you are minutes from Dame Street. There are numerous lovely cafes (including Two Pups, Cafe Noto, The Fumbally and Queen of Tarts) nearby, as well as pubs (Porterhouse Parliament Street, Fallons, The Bull and Castle) and restaurants, theatres and cultural attractions. You are welcome to borrow books and magazines, and to use any store cupboard ingredients (spices, oils etc.) in the kitchen. The kitchen has oven, grill/microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine etc. There are numerous buses that pass nearby. You can walk everywhere in the city centre and pop home in a few minutes if you fancy a rest/ break. Other things to note The house is very cosy and warm in winter. Towels and sheets are 100% cotton and excellent quality. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and appliances. There is a house manual provided with keys on check in. The television is SMART. There’s also Apple TV. Parking is on street and at own risk. We can provide visiter parking permits if you will have a car.
