Nestled in the iconic Pilliga Scrub is this homely retreat. Langholm is ideal for bird watching, keep an eye out for the rare Red-tailed Black Cockatoo. Take a day trip to the Warrumbungles, then after your climb, relax in the Pilliga hot bore bath, only a short drive away. Please be aware that Langholm is located on a dirt road being in a National Park ( it’s mostly all weather due to the red soil ) but has an odd pothole, AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended. The space 4 Bedrooms, 3 queen beds and 2 single. Separate dining areas, office, and fireplace in lounge room. Guest access Homestead and area for bonfire or fire pit. Less then 2kms to National Park (Merriwindi State Conservation Area), great for nature walks and part of the Black Cockatoo bird watching route. Other things to note Unsealed roads but usually passable in most weather. As a reminder, Langholm is a farm house on a working property - and part of its rustic charm is the occasional cobweb and surface dust. It's all part of the adventure when visiting Langholm property.
