Enjoy the views of the desert from this serene, chic newly remodeled tiny home. Located in a quiet resort community that is made up of vacationers and permanent residents. Great place to come home to after a full day of adventures. Location details: 6 min. to nearest mart 15 minutes to town 25-35 min to Palm Springs/festivals 45 min. to Joshua Tree We don't want guests disappointed when they arrive and realize that they are secluded in the middle of peaceful Desert. It's great but remote. The space The beautiful 600 square foot 2-bedroom 1 bath mobile home is a perfect place to unplug and relax. We appreciate our guest choosing our place to stay during their trip to the desert. We value your business and included details to make your stay an enjoyable experience. BEDROOM #1: Private entrance from the front deck and into the backyard. The views of the mountains from the windows of this room are spectacular. Bedroom # 1 includes the following: Queen size bed Workstation TV (Roku, basic cable, Netflix, Hulu and Prime Video). The closet has a set of keys to the door that opens the deck and the sliding door that enters from the front deck into the living room. You can access the bathroom by going through the second bedroom or by entering the sliding door from the front deck. Small price to pay for this room with the view:) BEDROOM #2: Queen size bed and lots of storage. Very comfortable room. This room includes the following: Wall mounted TV that swivels out and allows you to position to arrange for the viewing that works best for you. The nightstands include USB connection. Located on the back of each nightstand. BATHROOM: Remodeled in April/2022. Brand new shower (no tub), toilet and sink. This room includes the following creature comforts: shampoo conditioner body wash body lotion sunscreen vanity kits makeup wash clothes plenty of towels and wash clothes tooth brushes and tooth paste just in case you forgot yours hand sanitizer THE KITCHEN: Equipped with the following: Dishes, glasses, coffee mugs and utensils (place setting for 8) Pots, pans, baking dishes, cutting boards, bowls, etc. Microwave Propane stove Coffee station (French press and drip coffee makers) Coffee, coffee filters and basic condiments Toaster The hallway pantry cabinet has some kitchen essentials like a blender, mixer, mixing bowls, pizza maker, and other stuff:) Kitchen counter was remodeled in April 2022 and includes seating for two. DINING AREA: seating for 4. Built in bar area is where you will find the glasses and other bar accessories. LIVING ROOM: The view is fantastic from the front windows and the sliding door. This room features the following: Sofa opens up to a double sized bed. All of the bedding you need for this sofa sleeper you will find in the storage area located under sofa cushion. Roku TV with basic cable, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon prime video Games, puzzles, books, playing cards FRONT DECK: Great place to sit back and take in the beauty of the desert mountains. Couch, and two chairs with coffee table and end table for setting down your drinks or your plates. LOCKBOX: located next to sliding door on front deck. BACKYARD: Time to fire up the grill!!! This space includes the following: Glass top dining table for 4 with cushioned chairs. Umbrella that covers the majority of the space 2 egg swinging chairs propane grill Very private and great for entertaining SHED: houses two bikes with combination lock, pickle ball paddles and balls for 4 people, corn hole game WASHER AND DRYER: In back yard in cabinets across from Shed. Locks are opened with same key that unlocks the shed. PARKING: 3 small cars can fit in the driveway in front of property. WELCOME BOOK: As you enter the living room, you will see the welcome book on the coffee table that is filled with helpful information about the space and local must see attractions, grocery stores, shopping and more. THINGS TO DO: you don't have to travel far. The resort offers 13 mineral pools, two club houses, 8 pickleball courts, horseshoes, shuffleboard and so much more. The "Windows of the Desert " tiny home is a great place to come back to after a day filled with exploring and adventures. POOL TOWELES, POOL BAG AND ROBES FOR 4 ARE HANGING IN THE BEDROOM CLOSETS. Guest access You will have full access to the entire home with the exception of a few cabinets that are locked (supplies for housekeeping). In addition to this, you have access to the shed in the yard, the washer and dryer and all of the amenities that Sky Valley Resort offers. Your photo ID will be requested to verify. * A rental contract will be signed online within 24 hours of receipt. * No one in your group is a smoker or vaper. * We accept pets on a case by case basis so please inquire if you want to bring your fur baby. * Occupancy is limited to the number of people on your booking at all times. * No loud noises or partying. This is a quiet peaceful community and if you are looking for somewhere to let loose and party, this may not be the right fit. The community appreciates peace and quiet in all locations. * You will take every measure to prevent exposure to Covid prior to arrival and will stay home if you are exposed or have any symptoms of Covid. * You will follow whatever local resort rules or CDC guidelines for the pandemic. Because this is a tiny home, you may notice some things are a bit different. Think of this as a glorified RV, so it has a tiny water heater, to go along with a tiny home. This means that the hot water won't last as long as it does in a regular home. The propane stove is small, the kitchen is small, but every inch of the house is usable space! Even though it is beautifully decorated, it has many of its original details adding to the charm! If you are looking for a place with brand new remodeled interior, this may not be the place for you. The only cell provider that gets decent reception is Verizon. If you have any other carrier, you are guaranteed an "away from it all" experience:)
