Other things to note This historic home takes up half a duplex - so there are two completely separate/private units on one property! The main front door opens to a foyer with two separate doors to each of the units. The backyard is dedicated to this space and is not considered shared. The neighborhood is just off of the downtown corridor with close proximity to restaurants, hotels, breweries, the University of Northern Colorado and all the Norther Colorado medical centers. Our space is fully stocked with linens, towels and a full kitchen. The close proximity to downtown and the new development in the neighborhood does mean we have a vibrant mix of homes and people in the area.
