Exceptional Private cottage . Built in 2006, this cottage is exceptional for its range of features. Great swimming with two dock ladders, Horseshoe pit, Beach volleyball/ Badminton court, Darts, Exercise bike, Foosball table, assortment of board games and large assortment of movies, outdoor dining, shady and sunny lounging areas, fire pit, water lounge mat and huge docks for lounging, swimming or boats. Great neighbors who enjoy the peace and tranquility of the lake. Sorry, no parties. The space This has been a 4 season family home for years. It is now our cottage. Its fully equipped with many brand new appliances/items. We have been looking for a place on Big Gull for 10 yrs. Finally this incredible spot came available. Beautiful big trees with 375 feet of private waterfront. Make family memories here. We do require a rental agreement with liability waiver be signed as you can likely appreciate. We will have a welcome gift for you to enjoy through the week. Also note that hand soap, dishwasher pods, dish washing sponges, dish soap are provided. Bring your own towels, bedding, pillows, personal care items. There is a hair dryer in vanity and robust First Aid kit. A generator is also on site to ensure you have the essentials to continue to enjoy your stay up north. Genny is easy to connect to exterior wall plug. Guest access The whole place is yours. Please treat it with respect so every renter will be able to enjoy every feature each week. Please also respect the neighbors enjoyment of their property. Other things to note Check in is at 4pm, variable length rentals ONLY available outside of July and August. July and August are now open for 3 day rentals. Could potentially come earlier if cleaners have been through. Feel free to bring a boat or Kayaks etc....
