Family Gîte - Ker Anna

The Ker Anna gîte, in the heart of the bay of Mont Saint Michel is located 8 km from the sea (Cherrueix, sand yachting), 24 km from the beaches (Cancale, Saint Malo, then Dinard…), 29 km from Mont Saint Michel,... Guests can relax in a quiet and green place while being close to many tourist and leisure places: Dol municipal swimming pool (5 min), soccer field, basketball and neighborhood tennis (400 meters away), shops (Super U and pharmacy 300 meters away), restaurants… The space The accommodation consists of a beautiful living room combining the kitchen, living room and dining room areas as well as a toilet located at the entrance. The hallway leads to a bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and two bedrooms. First bedroom: a 140 x 190 double bed, a closet for your belongings and a private sink. Second bedroom: a 140 x 190 double bed, a 90 x 190 single bed, a closet and a private sink. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor area consisting of a hard terrace, a petanque court and a dining/relaxation area where a barbecue is at your disposal and a game of petanque/molky on request. Around the house you can walk in the countryside, to the small ponds of Dol where goats and sheep delight children; or enjoy the city and its assets. Other things to note The sofa bed in the living room sleeps an additional 2 people. We will ask you for €10 per person per night. The living room with kitchen, dining room, living room is 22 m²
