The space Recently renovated and very modern, loaded with amenities. We do allow pets less than 18 lbs. Please inquire and provide details about the type of pet, breed and weight prior to booking. We want to keep our home fresh and minimize wear and tear on our home. Hope you can understand. Other things to note Very close to the Green Building venue (literally a 30 second walk). Backyard is shared with owner, who lives upstairs but rarely uses it. Please also note, like much of Brooklyn, there is construction and typical city noises (ie emergency vehicles, music) that you hear from time to time.
