SKIERS & SNOWBOARDERS: Great location near skiing at Alta & Snowbird Resorts (Brighton & Solitude are close as well).  11 min to the park and ride in little Cottonwood Canyon canyon ( the one in the actual canyon). From there it is 12 min to snowbird. 18 min to Alta. -It is 7 minutes  to the 9400 S. 2000 E. Park and Ride bus stop I recommend taking the bus from here up the canyon. -15 min to the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon (7-11 & Porcupine Pub).  Grocery shopping, fantastic Indian, Mexican & Italian Restaurants and bars nearby.  Close to Starbucks & a local coffee shop. 6 minutes to Trader Joes.   Lots of activities within couple minutes drive, Movie Theater, Go Cart Racing, Bowling Alley, Living Planet Aquarium, South Towne Mall and  Expo Center, Mini Golf, Airborne Trampoline Center, 15 minutes to The Salt Lake County Equestrian Park, 2 Minutes to the Dimple Dell Regional Park.
