Barn View is an open plan, self-contained guest suite offering comfortable accommodation for two adults. The double suite is adjoining a 17th-century barn conversion, with its own entrance through a side gate. French doors open onto a private outside patio area with a dining table and chairs. Barn View has lovely views overlooking the garden and neighbouring lake. The garden is also shared with the family dog, a friendly cockapoo. The space The accommodation consists of a king size bed, dressing table, wardrobe, full length mirror, electric floor fan, folding dining table with two chairs, seating area, coffee table and a 43" Smart HD TV with access to Netflix. There is a spacious en-suite wet room which has a large shower with WC, wash basin, heated towel rail, mirror, shaving socket and complimentary toiletries. Towels and a hair dryer are also provided. The kitchenette has basic self-catering facilities including a kettle, toaster, combination microwave, fridge and sink with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate and biscuits. Fresh milk and bottled water are included for the duration of your stay. Please note: There is no surface hob for pots and pans. Guest access There is ample car parking space available at the end of a private driveway with CCTV. Access is via a side gate leading through the garden to your own entrance. Please note: There are three steps up to your patio area and a further single step into the suite.
