The cottage must be left clean upon your departure, dishes washed and put away, garbage cans emptied and discarded (containers available in the village). House rules will be signed and respected on site for the smooth running of your stay. The estate is located on a plateau at an altitude of 360m. Parking is available within the property for cars, horse van hitch or small horse transport truck. Closed bike room available. Private paddocks and 1 box are available for your horses (grass, hay and water available for €10/night) and a shower, dressing area and saddlery are to be shared. The horses of the Venisio estate (the blond), Prince (the brown) and Tenessee (the brown & white pie) will probably welcome you when you arrive, they should not be fed or approached without permission as well as the electrified fences that can be dangerous.
