Close to Ardingly Reservoir, the Ouse Valley Viaduct, the South of England Show Ground, Wakehurst Place and the Millennium Seed bank, The Bluebell Railway, Wakefield Place, Borde Hill Gardens, Standen House, and only 30 minutes from the South Coast and Brighton. Eat at the many local pubs includingThe Cat in West Hoathly and the Gardiner's Arms in Ardingly. Owners vacate for full house rental. The space This is a semi detached Edwardian Cottage. The rooms are cosy and welcoming. There is a separate lounge and dining room and a fully loaded kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, note there is only one WC. As this space is our home you will find the cupboards are full of our things. We try to keep it visitor friendly and uncluttered. Guest access Please only sleep in the bed/s provided for you. Other things to note Hoover and iron and ironing board are under the stairs if required. The washing machine is in the kitchen cupboard near the side door.
