Downtown Lynchburg Studio 114 & One Parking Space

Prime location in the heart of historic downtown Lynchburg steps away from your reserved parking space, community market, visitor center, restaurants, shopping, businesses, and walking and bike trails. This ground-level studio near the corner of 12th and Main is packed with modern amenities; a queen bed, 58" Roku TV, settee, mini fridge, microwave, bathroom, walk-in closet, blackout drapes, and sound deafening interior storm windows. Approx. 10 min from all local colleges. The space Here's what you can expect in Studio 114: A comfortable queen bed with layers of bedding. Next to the bed you'll find reading lamps, a sound machine for our light sleepers. Guests can view the 58" Roku TV from bed, recliner, or the settee/couch. A Keurig with K-cups provides morning coffee. A mini-fridge, microwave, and dish set enable guests to make and store food/left-overs which guests can enjoy at the comfortable dining table for two. Near the bed is the private full bathroom which includes a shower, toilet, pedastal sink, and all the amenities a tired traveler might need. A large closet and dresser provide clothes and suitcase storage. A Mini split ductless air unit with a remote keeps the studio cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Guests can park in our designated parking space #12 (check the pictures) and then explore downtown and walk to restaurants. The dog is allowed in our home, but there are some requirements that you should keep in mind before bringing your furry friend along. We allow one well-behaved small dog, up to 20lb, with an additional $70 fee. To maintain cleanliness inside and outside of our home, please be mindful of your pet's activities. Also, please do not let your pet's paws touch the furniture or bedspreads, and do not use bath linens to clean them. Please bring your pet's bed with you. If you plan to leave your dog unattended in the house, please make sure that they are crated. Additionally, let us know beforehand if you will be bringing a dog. Please note that there is a small step inside the apartment. Please Note: Our property does not provide personal essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay. Additionally, only registered guests who have completed the check-in process are permitted on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Also, keep in mind that noise may be an issue, especially on weekends, as there is a bar across the street. As we are located in downtown, it is not the quietest area. Guest access Guests will be able to access the private studio with a personalized code/keyless entry. Other things to note Smart TV streaming services are available for guests to use with their login credentials. We also offer live TV and Roku TV for free. The instructions for accessing these services can be found on the coffee table in the binder. We welcome one small breed dog weighing up to 20 pounds for a non-refundable pet fee of $70. However, we do not allow cats. Please note that there is a small step inside the apartment when you enter. Please note: Our property does not provide personal essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Guests should bring their toiletries for their stay. It is important to read and be aware that there may be noise, especially on weekends, due to a nearby bar. Our location in downtown may not be quiet. A $300 deodorizing fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the apartment. Hair dyes and other treatments are not permitted in the studio to avoid a $200 fee for stained towels, linen, or damaged bathtub/shower. Finally, please note that if guests are found to have had a party, they will be responsible for an extra charge of $500 and will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
