"Casa Chiassarello" with pool

Casa Chiassarello is located in a quiet and panoramic location, a short walk from the center of Roccastrada. The house, entirely made of stone, is built from an old oil mill. The accommodation is an open space of about 80 square meters where there is a very spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a sleeping area with TV and fireplace; it overlooks a spacious veranda that can be used as a dining area and relaxation area. Guests have access to the garden and swimming pool, both for exclusive use. There are no other guests on the property. The space The accommodation has a private entrance. It is accessed inside the property through an automatic gate, which can be opened with a key or remote control. The place is cool in summer, it almost never needs cooling. There is still a floor cooling system. All windows have mosquito nets, except for the two French doors. The accommodation has a very spacious kitchen, equipped with all the cooking equipment. There are: 4-burner gas stove, very powerful exhaust hood connected to the outside, stainless steel sink with 2 tubs, dishwasher 12 blankets, ventilated electric oven, fridge with small freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, "Lavazza in my way" espresso machine, fruit and vegetable extractor, blender, electric shredder, immersion blender mixer, as well as various dishes and utensils. There's no shortage of glasses for all types of drinks, including wine glasses. The bathroom is not very large but the shower is spacious, without a shower cabin, separated by a masonry wall, equipped with a thermostatic mixer, a large fixed central shower head and a hand shower. There is no bidet, but the toilet also serves as a bidet, with ceramic dispensing through a mixer that provides hot and cold water. The bathroom has no window but a vacuum cleaner connected to the outside. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The bedroom area is separated by blackout curtains, and the window is protected by Venetian curtains. The accommodation is for two people. Guest access The house has a separate entrance, it can be reached on foot along a rather steep stone paved alley, therefore not recommended for people with mobility problems. Guests will have the entire apartment, the veranda, the garden with swimming pool, all for exclusive use. There are no other guests on the property, so all spaces will be exclusively for you. I live upstairs but I have a separate and independent entrance, during your stay I do not use the pool or the garden, I only have to come to do maintenance on the pool and water the plants every two/three days. Other things to note The house can be reached on foot along a rather steep stone-paved alley, therefore not recommended for people with mobility issues. The pool is also accessible via a fairly steep path. Roccastrada is located on a hill, 470 m above sea level. The sea of Castiglione della Pescaia can be reached by car in 40 minutes, as well as the beautiful beach of Cala Violina or the city of Follonica. Siena is 54 km away, Florence 120 km, Rome 214 km. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests of Casa Chiassarello, as well as the outdoor space. The pool is open from May 1 to October 15. There are no other guests on the property, so all spaces will be just for you. I live upstairs but have a separate and independent entrance. During your stay, I do not use the pool or the garden.
