This condo is on the most prime street/location in West Hollywood/LA. It is bright and has been updated with new sliders and window with remote blinds. The building has more amenities than any other condo in West Hollywood and is a very secure, private building. There is free parking in the garage of the building, a tennis court, new gym, pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, front desk and private dog park. You will be wowed from the minute you pull into the drive! The space This condo is on the interior corner courtyard. It offers the MOST restful night sleep due to the lack of city noise. The Cali-King Tempurpedic Cloude Luxe mattress doesn't hurt either! You can have friends over and no neighbors will hear you as it is secluded. It's open layout makes a perfect place for family and friends to relax, watch tv and just socialize. There are two bathrooms (powered room and main bath). There is fully stocked kitchen with Nespresso Maker, Keurig, Vitamix and more! This is a top floor unit so it really can't get much better plus you have a great washer and dryer combo in the unit. Everyone who stays here says it offers the best of the best. Guest access Guest have access to the entire condo aside from one closet. The one closet is simply a storage for paints and supplies but everything else is totally accessible. I meet and greet you to show you around not only the condo but the entire building and show you how to access everything. Other things to note I always add you to our security system. The front desk will know you are staying at my condo and you simply have to give them your name and the unit number. They will have your contact information in the system. Everything goes smoothly and you will receive garage door openers, fobs to get into all amenities and keys to the condo.
