Located on the lower level of the apartment, it enjoys a wonderfully calm and intimate atmosphere. Premium bedding: A carefully prepared Queen Size bed (160x200). Amenities: HD Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for your movie nights or professional needs. Storage: An elegant dresser for your personal belongings. Lighting: A sliding window equipped with a blackout blind for total darkness according to your preferences. Capacity: Perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or parents with a baby. Common Areas: 280 sqm of Freedom The apartment is spread over two levels to offer everyone a great balance of conviviality and independence. On the lower level (your floor): In addition to your room, you have direct access to spaces designed for your relaxation and convenience: Gym: Fully equipped to stay in shape even on vacation. TV Lounge: A second cozy space to relax in complete tranquility. Washroom: A modern and practical shower room with a shower and sink. Laundry room: Everything you need to manage your laundry during longer stays. Guest access By staying in this room, you will have free access to our incredible common areas: The living area: A huge, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, shaker, toaster...) opening onto a vast space. You can gather around our large dining table for 8, which is actually a superb pool table with a dining top, perfect for convivial evenings! The relaxation area: A TV room with a Home Cinema for a cozy atmosphere, as well as a gaming corner including board games and a real 2-player arcade cabinet. The gym: Fully equipped to stay in shape (treadmill, spinning bike, exercise bike, rowing machine, ab bench). The exterior: A beautiful 20 sqm furnished terrace to get some fresh air. During your stay Although we are on-site at times, we prefer to communicate via the Airbnb app messaging for smoother exchanges. In fact, most answers to your questions can already be found in the app: feel free to check the "My reservation" tab! However, we remain highly available for any questions, suggestions, or to share our favorite spots in Hendaye and the surrounding area. We live very close by and are always reachable, with great responsiveness in case of an emergency. Furthermore, we or a trusted person stop by the accommodation a few times a week to make sure your stay is going perfectly. Other things to note Your comfort first and foremost: - Linens included: To lighten your luggage, we provide all bed sheets and bath towels. - Laundry area: The washing machine and dryer are at your full disposal. Just remember to bring your own detergent (powder is at your expense). - Indoor life: To guarantee a healthy environment for everyone, our accommodation is strictly non-smoking. - Pets: Although we love them (you will have the opportunity to meet ours!), our visitors' pets are not accepted, out of respect for the peace and comfort of all travelers. Fellow hikers and cyclists: - GR10 departure: The famous long-distance hiking trail starts just a 300m walk from the accommodation. - Santiago de Compostela: Our accommodation is an ideal and restful stopover for pilgrims on their way to Compostela. - Vélodyssée and bicycle travelers: You can park your bikes safely and peacefully directly on the accommodation's private terrace. Strategic location and walking distances: - Enjoy a stay where everything is easily accessible without a car! - Txingudy Bay & Belcenia Park: Just 2 minutes from the house, the ideal spot for your relaxing waterfront walks. - Beach & Port: The Main Beach (Grande Plage) and the beach center shops are a 500m walk away. The Port of Hendaye (where the boat shuttle to Hondarribia in Spain departs) is a 10-minute walk. - City center & Town Hall: A 10-minute walk to enjoy your local shops and discover the local market. - Transport: The nearest bus station is 300m away. The main Hendaye train station and the "Topo" (Euskotren, ideal for visiting San Sebastián) are 2 km away. Parking & Amenities: - The accommodation does not have private parking, but it is very easy to park for free in the adjacent streets within a 150m radius (with the exception of July and August, when parking requires a little more patience). - For your quick groceries, a small Carrefour Express and a Casino supermarket are located right next to the beach center.
