Stroll to the main beach, cycle the length of the Esplanade, wander round the corner for an icecream and then relax in the various spaces this large house offers. Main kitchen, dining, living and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs has a large bedroom, huge rumpus area, shady patio, bbq, covered parking, trampoline, hammocks - plenty of space! Outisde pets only. The space Enjoy the light airy living spaces with big windows to catch the sea breezes. You even get a glimpse of the ocean! Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 burner gas cooktop and large oven, kids plates and cups etc, storage containers - everything you might need. There is even an extra fridge downstairs for drinks or food. The kitchen, dining, living and 3 airconditioned bedrooms are upstairs: 1 queen; 1 single and bunk; 1 tri-bunk (double with single above). Main bathroom with separate toilet, and office desk upstairs. Access to the upstairs is via internal stairs, or external stairs to halfway, then internal stairs, all of which have handrails on 1 side. Access to the back patio is through the downstairs area, or side entrance. Downstairs has a huge queen bedroom, laundry, second bathroom with separate toilet and huge rumpus area, along with storage of kayaks, bikes, SUP. Other things to note All linen supplied, just bring your beach towels. Fenced property - child and pet safe. Outside pets welcome. Washing machine with detergent supplied, rotary clothesline and wire lines give plenty of space for drying towels and laundry. Iron and ironing board. Highchair cater to little ones, along with a gate for the top of the stairs. Bring portacot as required.
