This condo is a great, open scandi-style apartment that fits 5 guests in 3 bedrooms for a great and comfortable stay. This apartment is my own private home and I adore it! The kitchen area is my favourite part, is social and nice and opens up to the living room and dining room, and has the exit towards a large 13m3 balcony to soak up the sun. Suitable for both shorter and longer stays. 4 minutes walk from bynanestopp Danmarksplass. Large food shop but also bakery and restaurants 5 mins away. The space Main bedroom: 13m2 with a large Svane king-size 180cm double bed. Room for storing luggage, and a large light blocking curtain over all windows. Guest room/TV room: 15m2 room with sofa bed that turns into a 180cm double queen bed. Has a smart TV and soundsystem. Gym equipment. Home office desk with a view. Bedroom: 10 m2 with 90cm bed for one person facing the quiet back of the apartment buildings. Light blocking curtains and windows. Bedroom 3; 90cm bed, light blocking curtains. Available with 5 guests staying. Kitchen: 10m2 Very well equipped open kitchen with an island. Two ovens. Bar chairs. Drip coffe maker. Living room/dining area: 20m2 - Table seats 6 people for dining. Sofa/sitting area. Nicely lit. Soundsystem Sonos. Balcony: 13m2 balcony with plants and herbs. Sofa and table, and a table with room for 6 people dining outside. Large sun umbrella. Shower room: sink, mirror, shower with rainfall shower. WC room: WC, mirror, sink Laundry room: Washing machine, drier, drying rack. OP Guest access All rooms, of maximum number of people are staying (5 ppl) . Bedroom number 3 is usually closed if 4 or less guests are staying over. This needs to be agreed upon before staying. Other things to note The apartment is on the 2nd floor (3.etasje) and there is a staircase to walk. No elevator access. There are several playgrounds outside the condo. Parking possible in the street just nearby (Skrivergaten) with an app called «Parkering i Bergen». Max price for 24 hrs is 33 Euro, or 22 pr hr.
