The space At the end of a grassy path, in the heart of a clearing bordered by the forest, the Serpentarbre Hut welcomes you for a timeless stay, within the Domaine des Évêques, in Mont-le-Vernois, between the Jura and the Vosges. Completely isolated, with no one opposite, this wooden cabin was self-built with local and recycled materials. Here, there is no running water or electricity: comfort is deliberately simple, to experience a real break of calm and nature. The wood-burning stove, battery lighting and the atmosphere of the place invite you to slow down and reconnect with the essentials. The cabin can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to two bunk queen-size beds (160×200). You have everything you need for simple cooking (mobile kitchenette), a water point for the toilet, as well as a dry toilet. The accommodation is suitable for stays as a couple, family or with relatives, for those who are looking for silence, nature and disconnection. The estate covers 32 hectares of unspoiled nature, with many walking paths accessible directly from the cabin. On sunny days, a shared swimming pool and common area (electrical outlets, refrigerator, games, foosball, billiards, piano) are accessible about 150 meters away. The cabin is open year-round. Please provide your drinking water and suitable shoes depending on the season. Guest access The cabin is located on the Domaine des Évêques, a 32-hectare property of preserved nature in Mont-le-Vernois, in Haute-Saône, between the Jura and the Vosges. ⚠️ GPS may indicate an impassable path. ➡️ A detailed access map will be sent to you before your arrival. Other things to note We offer breakfasts at a price of €8.50 per person and/or meals delivered to the cabin at €30 per adult and €15 per child. Meals are homemade with drinks included, from aperitif to dessert. I prefer garden, local and seasonal products as well as the discovery of saffron from our production.
