The lower floor consists of a master bedroom and bathroom (two sinks, bathtub, and shower), three bedrooms, a tv room, and a toy room. We have three young children and plenty of toys corresponding to that age. Local surroundings • A brand-new public pool is 8 min walk. Open until 10 pm it has an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool, a shallow children´s pool, two cold pools, a steam room, and a combined hot and cold tub. Large water slide under construction. • Multiple playgrounds 3-6 min walk. • Multiple soccer fields are a few minutes walk. • Multiple hiking trails surround a small mountain that cradles the neighborhood. • A ski resort is 25 min drive. • Gullfoss (part of the golden circle) 1,5-hour drive. • Thingvellir national parks is a 30 min drive.
