Lovely 3 bedroom studio with access to shared pool

Welcome to stay in our peaceful place located in Mount Warren Park. We are children and pet friendly. Private backyard fully fenced allowing safety for children and animals. -Shaded by big gum trees providing fresh air for guests to enjoy outside on the lawn. Within few minutes drive to parks, freeway, shopping centres, restaurants and medical centres. Within walking distance to Mount warren sports stadium and to train station which travels to Gold Coast/Brisbane. The space The studio is fully furnished and tea/coffee, wishing liquid provided. Three bedrooms -two bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with bunkbed. Separate lounge with sofa/couch and dining room area. Kitchen with cook tops and fridge. The studio is located within distance of the main house which is also an Airbnb. It has its own backyard which is out of view from the main home. Backyard is under big gum trees which is a home for many birds including beautiful lorikeets. You're welcome to share the pool with whoever will be staying in the main house. You're welcome to use BBQ and table/chairs at the swimming pool area. There is undercover area at the swimming pool and is powered for lights. We request for pets not to go to the swimming pool area. Guest access We have shared driveway. Two carparks available in the carport. We are happy to organise additional carpark upon request if needed. Long driveway which can be suitable for kids to play if feeling comfortable. You could close the gate at any time. Eg, if kids needed to play at the front. Basketball hoop available on the side of the driveway and you're welcome to use it. Other things to note The driveway is facing to the main road, and we recommend you driving out rather than reversing for your own safety.
