Ocean front one level. Large backyard on the beach

The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips. The space This updated 4 bedrooms house has been recently renovated and feels like home. It has one of the best beach yard’s you will find. You walk directly to the beach without any stairs or level. All in one level ( no deck ) makes easy to go back and forth between the beach and the house effortlessly. Guest access The house is complete with full kitchen, full laundry, outdoor shower, high quality grill. Other things to note The house is by A1A highway and high speed traffic is present in front of the house. Please be super careful driving in and out and don’t let kids or pets unattended. No fire of any sort inside or out. Fireplaces are decorative. Absolutely no candles.
