Other things to note REVIEW FROM OUR SECOND GUESTS: A and J from Poland and Mexico “ We have spent few days on the coast of Atlantic Ocean at fantastic Hermit Island in Main. On the way back to Vermont, being attracted by magnificent White Mountains, including Mount Washington, we were so lucky to be hosted by Mary and Jim. Let's not forget about lovely, friendly and full of energy two dogs. Beauty of this place and surroundings mix with intellect, spirit, art and warmth atmosphere its one of the best experiences. We have feel like at home, even, before from the moment, we knocked on the door. Mary showed us around and there wasn't a thing, she skipped telling us about. The room and washroom looked even more beautiful than you could imagine, especially the artwork. Very clean and hygienic. "Owls Head Farm" of Mary & Jim maintains a balance that makes them full and complete. Jim passion is gardening and landscaping. He had created variety of gardens and names after family members. What's a thoughtful and lovely idea. Plus he shares vegetables with local people in needs. Mary is undoubtedly a wonderful and fascinating host. After Mary showed me around all the beautiful property, including river, we were chatting on the front porch, sipping delicious wine, listening to the sound of sudden light rain, the most beautiful phenomenon surprised us...double rainbow , like manifestation of you, your soul and your powerful spirit. The only reason...to not stay here...would be the severe disappointment you experience...when it's time to leave haha. We had an awesome stay at very friendly home with interesting people and love White Mountains in all its glory. Asta la vista baby. AMOR Y PAZ. MISMO SOL PARA TODOS.”
