Comfortable apartment in the center. Elegant building recently built with lift and large terrace in Corso Sempione area walking distance Fiera Milano City, Arco della Pace with its restaurants and bars and Garibaldi-Corso Como. 800mt from Metro 5 The space Nice 40mq flat plus terrace of 12mq with large bathroom with shower andwindows, fully equipped kitchen (including boiler and toaster) although I recommend breakfast at Caffè Ambrosiano, just infront the building entry, that in the morning offers an irresistible selection of Croissants freshly baked (I recommend the pistacho one...sumptuous!). Beside the double bed in the sleeping area, separated from the rest, in the living room a sofa bed is also available with 2 single beds. Inclued are sheets for all the beds and towels as weel as an hairdryer. Guest access The flat is completely indipendent and fully equipped with everything needed for a nice stay in Milano. Smoking is allowed on the terrace only, not inside the flat. I only ask to respect neighbours tranquillity avoiding noise expecially in the evening/night and in the morning. Other things to note When possible you’ll find someone at the apartment to give you the keys. Otherwise I will organize a self check-in in Locker not far from my house.
