Outdoor boasts gym and beautiful surrounds with bbq & fire pit The space My property is unique as it's a 5 minute walk to the Ky Club 10 min to the Fauna Park Zoo 10 min to the main part of town which has lots of coffee shops and plenty of other shopping Guest access Guest are welcome to enjoy the entire property apart from my living quarters out the back which is fully enclosed for privacy. Other things to note Kyabram has a few surrounding towns worth seeing like Echuca, Rushworth and Shepparton all only a half an hour drive,Echuca has the lovely paddle steamer's and lots of great shops,Rushworth is a Gold mining town with some old world shops and a great bakery,Shepparton has all your mayor large shopping centres.
