Relax in this quiet, stylish space. Our 3-bedroom apartment is on an extremely quiet and safe street, with a covered parking space. All rooms have ceiling fans, an equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The place is spacious, airy and has all the resources and infrastructure for pleasant and comfortable stays. We are less than 1 km from the São Joaquim subway station and next to the AC Camargo, Servidor Público, Bandeirantes and Beneficência Portuguesa hospitals. The space Check-in is at the entrance As soon as you make the reservation, send me a photo of the documents of all the guests who will be present during the stay. It's a building rule to check everyone's ID. Please inform us of the use of the parking space. - Send the vehicle details * keys and remote control must be returned at check-out* The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, toilet paper and a full kitchen. Check-in anytime after 2 p.m., check-out required by 11 a.m. Any changes guests need must be arranged with me beforehand. If new guests arrive on the day of your check-out, it must be at 11 am, due to the cleaning and preparation of the apartment! Check-in until 10 p.m. Remove the trash and deposit it in the bins next to the service elevator hall. Empty the refrigerator completely. Other things to note All our guests will receive a clean apartment, bed linen and enough towels for the number of people selected at the time of booking. But please note: WE DO NOT CHANGE TOWELS AND BEDDING DURING YOUR STAY. Some apartments have a washer and dryer, while others offer laundry service in the condominium (self-service or not).
