The space This is 2006 Sqft spacious new building unit with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. bedrooms and bathrooms Primary master king bedroom has its own privacy with a spa inspired bathroom , spacious walk in closet and sitting area with Mountain views and overlooking a pond. second master bedroom has spacious walk in closet and beautiful ensuite with TV installed. Third bedroom has king bed with an antique desk fourth bedroom has queen bed with TV installed. Two single sofa full outs in the living room ,if you have extra people. 8 peolpe can sleep comfortably and 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed. 1 shared bathroom in the living room. kitchen Modern and fully equipped Other spaces beautiful and unique light fixtures throughout each rooms. living room has a big tv on a fireplace. balcony has mountain views and sitting areas with BBQ Building has the hot tub,gym, lounge. You can relax in the hot tub after your adventure. Groceries, cafe,restaurant are in the same building with pond that is used as a skate rink in winter. you can short walk to downtown main street for shops,restaurants, bars and trails to the Bow River and Canmore area.
