This 15th-century historic monument is idyllically located at the canal in the fairytale-like old town of Utrecht. Equipped with modern amenities and attention to interior design, our place comes with great features (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining area, living room incl. wood stove, cozy balcony). Highlights of Utrecht are in walking distance (Dom 5min, Oudegracht 1m, Central Station 15m, Wilhelminapark 10m) and a great variety of restaurants, bars & museums are nearby The space Our house is divided into three floors. On the first level, you will find a modern, open kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, espresso machine, milk foamer. The kitchen is connected to a living room with a couch and two fauteuils. A highlight of this room is the wood stove which creates not only on rainy winter days a special charm. On the second level, the master bedroom is located overlooking the canal. It comes with a projector and a small work place. A bathroom is located on that floor including a shower, sink and toilet. On the third level, you will find a cozy second bedroom, as well as the second bathroom (incl shower, toilet). It also includes the attic which is not accessible.
