This spacious one-bedroom resort suite comfortably sleeps four guests with 675 square feet. The suites features one queen bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. You will appreciate the privacy of separate bedroom, the economy of a fully equipped kitchen, and the convenience of a washer/dryer in the suite. CHECK-IN: All guests must check in at Club Wyndham Ocean Ridge located at 203 Sea Cloud Circle, Edisto Island, SC 29414 • Check-in: 4pm • Check-out: 10am • You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. • A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $150 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. • The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. • Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. • No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited. • In order to accommodate rental guests at this resort, it may be necessary to make a room change during a guest stay. The resort will do everything possible to avoid this unlikely event. However, should the need arise to change your room, you will be advised at the time of check-in. • Pets are NOT permitted. No exceptions. • Occupancy and use of the premises and communal areas shall not be such as to disturb or offend guests or residents. The Agent has the prerogative to terminate this agreement and ask disruptive guest (s) to vacate the premises. NO HOUSE PARTIES or overcrowding are allowed. • Daily housekeeping is not available. • Guests will need to bring paper products, detergents, and cleaning supplies. • The guest (s) agrees to maintain the unit and leave it in an orderly and clean condition upon departure. o All trash is to be put in outside containers. Homes or duplex homes must have the trash containers taken to the curb on departure. o Dishes should be left clean in dishwasher. o Pull linens from bed and put on the bathroom floor. o Please return spreads to the beds. • You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund
