The Nursery (Sleeps up to 9, in 3 bedrooms)

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our 16th century Barn conversion is set in a small village We live right next door, a (few metres) and are happy to help and assist throughout your stay. The 'Nursery', is completely enclosed, in the Courtyard of the Manor House of the village, and has open views across the surrounding countryside. Full of period features, yet furnished with all mod cons, offering a safe, tranquil space local to all of the beautiful countryside around. The space We have the latest CCTV recordable system overlooking the property for guest's safety and security. The whole Property, was once owned by Oliver Cromwell's Uncle. We live right next door, and are happy to help and assist throughout your stay. The Nursery was originally a stabling and prep area for Horses, converted in 1997, and completely revamped last year, is now a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage, with a huge split level kitchen diner/lounge. Upstairs has a large master bedroom , with en-suite bathroom, and with a huge arched window allowing the occupants to lie in bed and enjoy a view of open countryside to the horizon. The two remaining bedrooms have ceilings to the roof exposing all beams. The 'Nursery' has a large full width patio and garden with rail fencing backing on to open grassland fields Guest access Guests have the Patio area, which runs the full length of the building, there is also a large grassed garden, enclosed by wooden lap fencing for privacy, and post & rail fence along the end, allowing uninterrupted views of open countryside to the horizon, and a large off street parking area in the yard, which is shared with the owner's Manor house, only a few metres away who are happy to help and assist throughout your stay. Other things to note The Nursery sleeps 8 in 3 double beds (6), & 2 in single beds, we can accommodate an extra two guests in folding guest beds if requested For insurance reasons , strictly, only guests who have booked with Airbnb and are actually staying, are allowed in the premises. Visitors are not permitted without the owners permission. Please Note: The Nursery is also not ideal for children between one year and 14 years of age, as the very low windows can present a hazard for children.
