Welcome to Casita Serena! The Casita is one of four residences in our beautiful 100 year old home. The home sits on a quiet street in the Old Hyde Park district. Walking distance to Bayshore Boulevard, and the shops and restaurants of Hyde Park Village. The Casita is a place to relax and reset. Designed with a ‘serene’ vibe in mind, this property would be a perfect refuge for couples or even the business traveler. The space This historic home has beautiful original woodwork and details, but also updated features like a serene spa bath with soaking tub. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while relaxing on your private front or back porch, or maybe stretch out on our yoga mats before starting your day. Later in the afternoon, stroll around the tree lined streets of our neighborhood, then chill out at The Casita while listening to a record or enjoying a glass of wine. Guest access While staying at the Casita feel free to enjoy the shared courtyard with dining area, sitting area and fireplace. Other things to note Our goal is to provide the most relaxing and enjoyable stay for our guests. Our home is over 100 years old, and sound can sometimes travel through the plaster walls. That being said, your neighboring tenants are wonderful and very quiet. We ask our guests to kindly keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours, after 10pm. No additional guests or visitors are permitted on property without approval. All photography & commercial use must have written permission before booking property.
