Houseboat De Appeltuyn

On our recently built houseboat, De Appeltuyn, you will enjoy staying among the ducks, swans and passing boats! Our houseboat has a separate area to stay in with a kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and two double rooms. We are easily accessible by public transportation. The NDSM ferry, which takes you to and from Amsterdam Central Station, is 7 minutes' cycling distance from us. We look forward to welcoming you for an unforgettable stay! The space The houseboat was built in 2021 and is located in a quiet and green area of Amsterdam Noord. You will book two double rooms with space to store your clothes and a desk with comfortable chairs, a clean bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is also a kitchenette equipped with an induction plate, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and coffee maker. Breakfast is not included, but the kitchen offers the necessities to make it. The kitchen is not suitable for preparing full meals. The host lives with the family in the rest of the houseboat. However, the facilities do not need to be shared. There is no living room. The houseboat is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Guest access The entrance to the houseboat can be reached via a staircase (5 steps) and is shared with the host. Behind the front door, you will find a door that takes you into your accommodation. The Amsterdam ring road A10 is just 3 minutes away. The NDSM ferry that takes you to and from Amsterdam Central Station is only 7 minutes away by bike. Amsterdam Central Station can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Schiphol Airport can be reached in 20 minutes. Other things to note The houseboat is located on the water.
