Come stay in our spacious bedroom [with a *private bathroom] in a remodeled Nob Hill flat! Excellent WiFi signal, spacious kitchen, secure property, coin-op laundry, and much more. Great for students & visiting professionals who want to be close to FiDi! *The bathroom is private. The space We are a great 7bedroom, each room with private bath in Nob Hill close to Polk St.! The property itself has been remodeled and is very clean. You would be sharing the home with 6 other rooms, most often times they are filled with visiting professionals or students, and each room has a maximum occupancy of 2 people (Sorry, this is a strict policy, no parties large that 2!) but most often times are singles. The kitchen is the only common area in the flat. All guests have full access to the kitchen and its provided wares. We do not have a living room for lounging in but each room has a desk so you can get work done. Security is a top priority and we have installed a reinforced gate with electronic access at the building's entrance as well as secure doors to each flat. Every room has a door lock and is only accessed by the tenant. Guest access Guests have full access to their room, respective bathroom, laundry, and kitchen. During your stay Call when you have landed at the airport OR are at least and hour away when driving by car to coordinate check in. We may give you codes/key access for self check in if we are not available to meet. Other things to note We don't offer cookwares and daily supplies during the stay. Please bring your own needs. Please bring the keys with you all the time, UNLOCKING Service: $80 per time at business hours, 9am to 6pm; $160 between 6pm to 10pm; No service after 10pm.
