La Refugia: beautiful apartment in a historic building

Beautiful apartment for rent equipped for 4 people (with option for up to 6) in the area where the history of the city of Montevideo begins. I am also available to tell you everything I know about the neighborhood, the city and the country. As we say here: "I have many piques (tips) to pass on to you"! I understand and communicate in English and Portuguese. Women and dissidents from all over the world, and especially from Abya Yala, are especially welcome. The space The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a small entrance hall, a kitchen and equipped bathrooms. It is ideal for staying physically active as it does not have an elevator (there are 3 floors by stairs). It is a complex of buildings of historical and heritage character, called Palacio Colón. At the building's main entrance there is a 24-hour doorman. Guest access The apartment is available in its entirety for you. You can also leave a maximum of two bicycles available on the ground floor.
